I further understand that I am required to designate Abode Management LLC as a primary contact with my HOA and to instruct the HOA to forward any violation notices, updates, or other relevant community information directly to Abode Management LLC. I understand that failure to provide these documents or to designate Abode Management LLC as the primary HOA contact may result in the tenant not receiving critical information regarding community rules. This could lead to unintentional violations by the tenant and potential fines or fees being assessed to you as the homeowner. Abode Management LLC is not responsible for violations or penalties. Key & Access Device Acknowledgment:: I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing four (4) working house keys, two (2) mailbox keys, and one (1) garage door opener for each overhead garage door prior to tenant occupancy. All exterior door locks must be keyed alike, allowing access to all entry points with the same key. These items must be delivered to Abode Management, LLC in full and in working condition. I understand and agree that if any of these items are not supplied or if the locks are not properly keyed alike prior to the tenant taking occupancy, Abode Management LLC is authorized to have keys made, rekey locks, or obtain replacement items as needed. I approve any associated charges to be billed to my account accordingly.

Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning Acknowledgment:: I acknowledge that the property must be professionally cleaned, including all interior surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, and floors, prior to tenant occupancy. Additionally, all carpeted areas must be professionally cleaned and free of stains, odors, and debris. I understand that if the property is not in move-in ready condition upon move-in inspection, including a professional standard of cleaning and carpet cleaning, Abode Management,LLC is authorized to coordinate these services on my behalf. I approve any associated charges to be billed to my account accordingly.
